1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, each launch requires a minimum of five participants. If this minimum is not met, Kate Waters will issue a refund or offer the option to join the next available launch.

2. Use of Content

All content provided in this program is for personal use only. You are not permitted to download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the content without prior written permission from Kate Waters Nutrition.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The degree of benefit obtainable from Nutritional Therapy may vary between clients with similar health problems and following a similar Nutritional Therapy programme.
